This bad boy was a bigg’n. Around 25 hero shots (I mean after 10, who’s counting?) and a swag of secondary shots. The brief was primarily for the international Restaurant Australia campaign and focused on showing of to the world people dining in spectacular locations. Shot over 7 months with a crew of up to 18, we shot, we ate, we travelled around our beautiful country… Projects like this are intense, to say the least. I made some big calls and really trusted my gut – namely around weather and location choices… there are certainly stories to be told! The logistics were epic and we had an amazing turnout however by the end, I needed an unstructured and un-Australian holiday myself to recover… so I ended up in a camper travelling nomadically around France and Switzerland for a couple of months.
